Premiere Dance Center is proud to be home to a faculty of experienced, talented and passionate dance educators.

Danielle Quinlan, Artistic Director. Danielle is from Medford, MA and began dance training twenty years ago at a number of studios in Massachusetts. She has also studied under master teachers at numerous dance conventions and competitions. She is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, modern, lyrical, pointe and hip-hop. She graduated from Roger Williams University with a major in Communications and a minor in Dance. Over the past five years Danielle has taught and choreographed for students ages 3-18. She also spent time working at The Dance Complex in Cambridge, MA where she combined her passion for dance with her skills in communications.

Casey Mack, Artistic Director. Casey is from Reading, MA and began dancing at age 2. Casey danced competitively for 10 years and continued her dance training at Roger Williams University. Casey has trained in ballet, pointe,  jazz, modern, contemporary, lyrical, and hip-hop. She has attended numerous competitions, conventions, and master classes training under choreographers such as Mia Michaels, Brian Friedman, Tyce Diorio, Dave Scott, Laurieann Gibson and more. She has also taken classes and performed with Urbanity Dance Company. At Roger Williams she participated in dance team, dance theatre, and dance club. Casey graduated from Roger Williams with a major in business management and a minor in dance.

Alanna Coughlin, Instructor. Alanna is from Wilmington, MA and began her dance training at age 2. At her dance studio Alanna attended classes, assistant taught, and was also a member of the competition team. Throughout her dance training she has attended numerous dance conventions and master classes with choreographers such as Lauren Froderman, Alex Wong, Brandon Bryant, and Ellenore Scott. Alanna graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Alanna is currently a Kindergarten teacher and is excited to combine her love for teaching and passion for dance at Premiere Dance Center.

Lindsay Somerville, Instructor. Lindsay is from Medford, MA. She began competitive dance training over twenty years ago at multiple studios in the Greater Boston area.  She is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, pointe, modern and hip hop. Lindsay’s dance career continued at Bridgewater State University where she majored in Dance Education and Early Childhood Education.  Lindsay participated in Bridgewater State’s nationally ranked dance team and was a member and choreographer for the school’s dance company as well. Lindsay is currently a Kindergarten teacher and is excited to combine her love for teaching and passion for dance at Premiere Dance Center.

Annabelle Costa, Instructor & Assistant Teacher. Annabelle started dancing at 2 years old and competing at 9 years old. She has attended numerous competitions, and master classes. Annabelle is a Premiere Dance Center alumni! She graduated from Malden High School in 2020, and is currently studying business at Bunker Hill Community College with hopes of owning her own dance studio. Annabelle assists our baby, tiny and mini classes, and we are so grateful to have her as a role model for our younger dancers to look up to!

Alexandria Nunweiler, Instructor. Described by Dance Informa as “grace with power,” Alexandria Nunweiler’s work is permeated by her core belief that movement is for everybody and every body  — whether that be in the classroom, on stage, or on the yoga mat. As an educator she utilizes a somatic approach to learning which involves bodily awareness and strength building. As a performer, Alexandria works professionally within The Click in projects led by Angelina Benitez, Kristin Wagner and Lonnie Stanton for stage, screen, and augmented reality app, as well as devising her first evening-length work Edge of Aquarius. Recently, Alexandria has performed in the Philadelphia Fringe Festival (2021), Salem Arts Festival (2022) DanceNOW Boston (2022), and BOOM Charlotte (2022), among others. A lifelong learner, she holds her BA in Dance from Winthrop University (2014), MSc from Hult International Business School (2017), 200-hour RYT from Jenny Lane Yoga (2021) and spent the summer studying at ImPulsTanz International Dance Festival (2022) in Vienna, Austria. 

Miranda Quinlan, Instructor. Miranda is from Billerica, MA where she began her dance training at the age of 3. She is trained in tap, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and lyrical. Miranda has always had a passion for dance and working with children. For over 5 years she taught classes to students from a variety of ages. She graduated from Salem State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and currently works at Mass General Hospital as a Registered Nurse.
